Usiru was inaugurated on 22nd January 2012 in front of a small gathering at Nagarbhavi.

A few tips on how to save environment and promote the sense of responsibility among the public were shared.
One of the live examples for the same was given by Shri Deepak who had rescued an injured turtle which has now been released back into its own environment.
